Meet the Founder

Chi Jow

Chi Jow is the founder of Feng Ling Cat Studio—an engineer, educator, and lifelong learner from Taiwan. She created Feng Ling Cat Academy as an educational project of Feng Ling Cat Studio to make learning more meaningful, creative, and enjoyable for children.

Her core philosophy holds that technology should support creativity and understanding while thoughtful guidance, careful reading, and human judgment remain central to learning.

Every child’s learning journey can become a magical adventure.
